How Will You Be Remembered?

writing a eulogy and birth annoucement for yourself to show a reader who you are

Student Writer Instructions:

Over the next few days, you will be exploring the concepts of death and birth, thinking about the life you're living and the life you'd like to live.

Have you ever thought that you weren’t on the right path in your life? Have you ever wished that you could change specific aspects of your life? Well, now is that time.

You will be writing a self-proclaimed eulogy. In this eulogy, you will explain to your reader who you are at this moment in time. Remember, most people don’t get a chance to write their own eulogies; therefore, it is important that you include information about you that other people will remember when you pass.

Upon finishing your eulogy, you will then explore the process of re-birth. You will get the chance to explore those aspects of your life that you would like to change.

Through videos and songs, you will look at the “change” that you want to make in your life, and write a re-birth announcement that will introduce the world to the new you!
